We clean and sanitize every attraction after close each day. Our team members keep an eye on each area for safety and cleanliness during the day. 

Closed athletic shoes and socks are required for most attractions. Kids playing in Ballocity must wear socks. If you plan to do the ropes course or other athletic attractions, please wear pants or shorts, not dresses or skirts.

We provide complimentary electronic lockers for your convenience so you can store purses, jackets and any other loose articles before you go play.

There is no admission price, parents who do not want to participate do not have to pay to be in the facility.

Yes, we have employees assigned to each attraction to ensure every guest has a safe, fun-filled time.

We offer a simple, online booking process for booking birthday parties and plan fundraisers. Click Book Now   You can also book a party by calling (440) 385-5500 or at the facility.

Yes, we require a $200 deposit when you book your party to hold your party room. BOOK NOW

Yes, you’ll have a dedicated party host from the second you step into Make Believe. Your host will get the kids where they need to go, teach them the rules of each attraction, and join in the fun to keep your kids entertained with games and silly fun. There’s never a dull moment at a Make Believe birthday party!

Yes, we have food and drink packages for kids of all ages (even ones who are technically grown up). Ask about our food packages when you book your party, or visit the Lollipop Bistro Cafe for a full selection of chef selected meals, kid-friendly drinks, and a locally-sourced beer and wine list.

Yes! We use an innovative card swipe system to help your kids manage their points (and protect the environment from all those wasted tickets and tokens!). Each time your child plays a game, the redemption points are automatically stored on their card. You can check your points at a “check balance” station, redeem your points for prizes at the Treasure Chest, or store your points until your next visit. Each redemption card is reusable!

No worries! Keep your receipt.  If you lose your card, we’ll issue you a new one with the same value and redemption points as your old one.
