Membership is valid every day Make Believe is open to the public.
Excluded Events
Does not include admission to Birthday Parties, Teen Nights, Field Trips, Family Nights, Parents Night Out, or other special events.
Park Closures
We reserve the right to close the park for private events, with advance notice provided on our website.

Food Offerings
Park food offerings vary. The Unlimited Attractions pass includes one free 7″ cheese pizza per visit.
Non-Transferable
Benefits are exclusive to the registered member and are not transferable.
Identification Required
A valid ID is required for membership usage to ensure that only the registered member is utilizing the membership benefits.
One Child Per Membership
Each membership covers one child. No sharing between multiple children is permitted.
Early Cancellation
If membership is canceled before the end of the initial term, you are responsible for paying the remainder of the contract.

Must be presented at each visit. Lost cards may be replaced for a fee.

Common questions
Do memberships have black out dates?
No. Your membership is valid every day that Make Believe is open to the public, but there are a few excluded events. Memberships do not include admission to Birthday Parties, Teen Night, Family Night, Parents Night Out. We reserve the right to close the facility for private events, and these dates will be posted on our website in advance.
Do I need to renew my membership every year?
Your membership never expires. After the initial term period, your membership automatically renews month to month. You may cancel any time after making your last payment, and at least 15 days before your next payment.
How many times can I visit with a membership?
A Make Believe membership allows you to visit every day the facility is open to the public, nearly every day of the year! Admission is limited to once per day.
Does everyone in the family need a membership?
Each individual that wants to participate in any park activities needs to have their own membership. Memberships are non-transferrable, and you cannot share your membership with anyone.
Can memberships be purchased at the facility?

No. birthday parties are considered private events and are not included.
How quickly does a membership become active after I sign up?
Your membership is effective immediately after your purchase and registration. You can even buy a membership on your phone at the entrance to the facility and immediately gain admission.
How can I update the credit card used for monthly payments?
Login to your account at the Membership Portal and select Update in the Billing Info section.
Do I have to send in my payment each month?
No. Your credit card will be automatically charged on the same day of the month you initially signed up for your membership.

No, you may cancel any time after making your 12th payment depending on the term you chose, and at least 20 days before your next payment. Go to membership and select the cancel link in the Billing section of your membership portal. The link is only available after the initial 12 month period.
